Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Briefing the profile and requirement specifications to the candidates, conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidate's suitability, and evaluating candidates on their skill sets and communication skills, validating the candidate's interest in the requirement
2. Maintaining an effective database of profiles built through various sources like job portals, internal employee references, network through prospective candidates, etc, involves posting advertisements in portals.
3. Coordinating with the candidates, technical interviewers for direct or telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates
4. Managing offer release, negotiation, and follow ups
