About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and executing customized candidates' recruiting plans
2. Learning best practices in recruitment and sourcing to assist with hiring top talent
3. Sourcing the resumes through different sources like job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases as per requirement
4. Screening incoming resumes and conducting the preliminary interview as per prescribed skillset
5. Working on international candidate hiring
6. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates
7. Reviewing, editing, and posting jobs to the careers site and other external sites
8. Finding and engaging unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and coordinating with our schedules as needed
9. Screening applicant's skills on their resume and through interviews
10. Coordinating interviews in a timely manner
11. Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
12. Participating in interaction and preliminary discussion with the candidates who get shortlisted
13. Following up with the candidates till the end process
14. Working on daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
15. Building workplace diversity, grievances handling & resolving conflicts
16. Performing end-to-end recruitment for the company
