1. Engaging in campus hiring and lateral hiring
2. Screening and recruiting candidates for the channel partner acquisition model
3. Building good relationships between colleges and the company
4. Performing the on-boarding process as well as training and development of candidates
5. Managing in-house resource requirements and assisting management with crucial personnel management choices
6. Assisting in the creation and execution of human resources initiatives and systems
7. Working on manpower planning and compensation review
