Vikram Tea, from the house of Vikram Tea Processor Pvt. Ltd. began its journey in 1975 with the goal to bring the best tea into every household. Vikram Tea has always strived to further perfect their quality so that you get the most wonderful tea experience. The tea creation starts with handpicking only the best tea leaves from the choicest gardens of Assam. They are selected on the basis of colour, taste, aroma, strength, appearance and other stringent quality parameters.

We are looking for an HR intern who would be assisting the team in recruitment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling different job portals for sourcing the profiles
2. Posting different jobs on different social media groups and whatsapp groups
3. Taking first round of interview and shortlist candidates as per the given criteria
4. Handling negotiations in salary

Will get a chance to discuss the strategy and handle PAN India recruitment.
