Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
2. Working to clarify the profiles for which recruitment is to be done with the department head
3. Performing sourcing & screening of the candidates through various job portals and scheduling interviews of the screened candidates with the respective department head
4. Conducting follow-ups & facilitating salary negotiation with selected candidate
