Job Description
1. Identifying hiring needs, creating and posting job descriptions
2. Sourcing profiles from job portals, references, databases, employment forums, and social media sites
3. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
4. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
5. Working on end to end recruitment handling
6. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
7. Working on team building & development activities
