Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
5. Provide administrative support for HR projects, such as performance evaluations, training programs, and employee surveys.
6. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
