Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
2. Updating and maintaining employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
3. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions
4. Supporting the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events
5. Assisting in the administration of HR policies and procedures
6. Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
7. Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
