Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting of requirement on job portals
2. Assessment of the applications and shortlisting of candidates for a telephonic interview
3. Organising and co-ordinating the personal interviews of the candidates with the recruitement team.
4. Issuance of appointment letters as per provided formats to the selected candidates.
5. Co-ordination for employment agreement signature online.
6. Assisting the management in the orientation process.
7. Assisting the HR head for routine monthly payout calculations and statement preparation during the period of internship.
8. Various other HR functions that can be performed remotely

Note: As we are looking to expand our operations to include more sales persons on the ground, we need self motivated and young hard working interns who will be provided with a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job. As this is a work from home profile, the selected intern will be an expert in online job postings, shortlisting of resumes, assessment of initial replies and fixing up interviews. Follow up formalities will also be remote and the selected intern will be given the responsibilty of co-ordinating with the selected candidates for appointment letter issuance, co-ordinating personal interviews with the managment etc.
