Responsibilities include:

1. Identify different sources of recruitment, select the best ones that are cost-effective, evaluate the success of each source, use these sources to attract potential candidates, advertise and look at the initial screening and filtering of candidate resumes
2. Look at the best employee engagement initiatives across the similar companies like Covie, evaluate the efficacy of these initiatives, study what is existing in Covie and suggest the best initiatives that can be adopted for the company
3. Understand the general good practices for performance management across different levels in the market, research on the best forms of evaluation, suggest a comprehensive performance management system for Covie
4. Participate in day to day activities of the HR function, make observations, research about the same in the market, suggest changes, and make recommendations
5. Prepare and organize an on-boarding/orientation PPT
