Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing the candidates through various sources (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
2. Screening the candidates via emails/calls
3. Following up with the candidates regarding interview schedules
4. Updating the Exel database on a regular basis
5. Working on joining formalities

Note: You would be given a target of 3 candidates per month and also a variable incentive plan with 2k-10k for a single candidate hired through you, on top of the minimum assured stipend.
