Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives which are aligned with our business strategy
2. Address demands, grievances, or other issues of the professional helpers and employees and maintain good relations with them
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Develop and monitor all the HR strategies and procedures across the organization
5. Nurture a positive and healthy working environment
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
7. Assess training needs to be applied and monitor training programs
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and research
