Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with the compensation and benefits team to further enhance the data analytics offerings of the C&B team
2. Design, implement advanced analytics reports and dashboards to enable visibility, analysis, business insight in support of strategic imperatives and ongoing business requirements (advanced analytics solutions include, but are not limited to, end-user reports and dashboards, advanced & custom data visualizations)
3. Design, develop, deploy reports, dashboards with visibility into what's happening now, track key strategic performance indicators and process data to identify trends, forecasts, and insights
4. Support ongoing projects with audits/analytics, ensure all data is up to date and maintained on a regular basis
5. Work towards continuously improving user experience
6. Use existing knowledge of data analytics and dashboards to propose new solutions to creating dashboards and visualizations to make these relevant to the need of the end-user and to drive automation and process improvement
