Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the daily human resource routine in the office
2. Understanding various HR policies
3. Drafting emails
4. Understanding the work culture and payroll system
5. Learning the salary making process
6. Working on company visits for a live understanding of the work
7. Participating in training
8. Cold-calling candidates
9. Arranging and scheduling interviews
10. Understanding the recruitment cycle
