Job Description

 Designation: Human Resources (HR) Recruitment

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing the job descriptions as per the requirements
2. Posting the jobs on different job boards
3. Screening, shortlisting & calling the candidates
4. Sending the assessments & other required tasks to the candidates given by the seniors
5. Conducting telephonic & initial rounds of interviews
6. Following up on the feedback
7. Following up till joining once the candidate is selected
8. Completing the joining formalities
9. Handling other HR operations whenever required
