The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the JD of the position thoroughly
2. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
3. Screen candidate's resumes
4. Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
5. Co-ordinate with the client for the interviews
6. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
