Designation: Human Resources

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment & selection process of candidates in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner
2. Source profiles through various job portals and other platforms
3. Handle the initial screening of candidates by discussing the job requirements
4. Coordinate and arrange interviews
5. Work and issue offer letters for the shortlisted candidates
