Purpose of the Role:The HR team at LimeTray has two key charters -

recruit high potential individuals who can significantly contribute to our growth and enable these individuals to create tangible impact by giving them an environment that is empowering, inclusive, demanding, yet fun and caring. - As an Associate in the HR team, you will work in both areas. While a significant percentage of your time will be spent in the driving end to end recruitment efforts for some positions, you will also be responsible for projects in people operations and employer branding. This is a high impact and high visibility role. You can expect a very steep learning curve and strong growth opportunities.Core Responsibilities:- Recruit high-quality talent for LimeTray by utilizing all available sources -

online job boards, vendor partners, headhunting through social and professional networks etc.- Execute employer branding initiatives and communication strategy to craft a cogent and compelling employer value proposition- Provide people operations support in engagement initiatives and analytical projectsDesired Skills and Experience- 0 -

2 years of experience in a high growth environment. Internships are also welcome.- Very strong problem solving and logical reasoning skills- Strong sense of empathy and ethics- Great communication skills -

both written and verbal- High creativity quotient. You should have had demonstrated extra-curricular interestsQualifications:- Graduate or Post Graduate from a Tier 1/2/3 college- Memberships with associations like AIESEC preferred
