The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist HOD - HR in formulating the L&D
2. Co-ordinate with the HR operations team to identify training module allotments as per the role and assign them to the respective employees
3. Assign the required training modules to the employee and keep track of the training process
4. Coordinate with managers/BU heads to identify training needs, prepare training calendars and execute, the same
5. Ensure evaluation of training sessions and prepare reports accordingly and share it with the respective stakeholders
6. Monitor the effectiveness of each training and prepare a detailed report
