    The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-

    1. Assist in designing relevant and impactful learning and employee engagement interventions under the guidance of the L&D lead
    2. Design the young talent management program (campus hiring) for Nucleus for this year
    3. Support team in ongoing HR projects and processes
    4. Track, learn and suggest industry best practices
