Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Consulting with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
2. Interviewing applicants about their experience, education, and skills
3. Contacting references and performing background checks
4. Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
5. Hiring or referring qualified candidates and maintaining their documentation
6. Conducting new employee orientations
7. Terminating contracts when necessary
8. Maintaining ethical hiring practices and aligning with the regulatory environment
9. Writing employee contracts and negotiating salary and benefits
10. Processing paperwork plan and coordinating the workforce to best use employees' talents
11. Resolving issues between management and employees
12. Coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and staff
13. Directing disciplinary procedures
14. Providing training opportunities (internal training, educational programs, conferences, etc.) to keep employees up to date in their respective fields
15. Negotiating group health insurance rates, retirement plans, and other benefits with third party providers
16. Approving employees' overhead expenses
17. Maintaining EPF & ESIC accounts of the candidates
