5. Liaise with external agencies, and reflect a professional image for the organization
6. Ensure company standards of uniform and grooming are implemented throughout the business
7. Impart training to the departmental staff and evaluate the work performance of the staff
8. Keep and maintain accurate records according to the set standards and procedures
9. Implement standard operating procedures of the department
10. Prepare the departmental annual budget and control the cost as per the budget
11. Ensure the services provided by the contractors are monitored for quality
12. Ensure high performance and maximum efficiency are achieved
13. Ensure that all the departmental staff are following the rules and regulations of the organization strictly
14. Ensure all staff is familiar with the safety and security procedures
