What you’ll do: Core responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding across functions – teachers, engineers, designers etc. Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
• Manage payroll and benefits for all employees and contractual workers.
• Manage customer invoicing and payments.
• Create a fun environment and conduct remote team building exercises.

Background requirements

• Graduate of a Tier 1 MBA College
• Detail oriented and self-starter attitude
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Hands on experience in MS Excel
• Experience in HR or accounts a plus

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Compensation – Competitive compensation with a fixed and variable component

Joining – Immediate joining. Until lockdown you will be working from home. After lockdown, you are expected to work from our Gurgaon office.
