Key Responsibilities:*
Manage end-to-end payroll processing*, including attendance, leave management, overtime, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Address and resolve employee queries* related to payroll, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams* such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports*, dashboards, and Excel-based data for payroll, attendance, and headcount tracking.
Ensure data accuracy* and reconciliation between HR systems, attendance records, and payroll inputs.
Liaise with external vendors and third parties* for statutory compliance, audits, and related processes.
Support internal and external audits*, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives* in HR operations and payroll management.
