Your responsibility will be to handle employee relations, managing people and their tasks, building new processes and implementing them, payroll, benefits, and training. You are required to plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of an organisation. 

Job Profile:

• Team Management keeping organisational goals into consideration.
• Carry out talent acquisition programmes.
• Skills mapping and business growth management via robust and scalable HR Processes
• Talent Management - recruitment, on-boarding process, continuous evaluation and performance benchmarking process across the teams.
• Should be able to filter candidates according to the provided job description during recruitment. Must be able to source and screen job applicants through various job portals.
• Setup HR Policies and Procedures that are inline with the company objectives.
• Perform analysis of HR Data and provide recommendation for company's strategic direction and thinking.
• Retention management via various direct and indirect mechanisms like appraisals, professional development, ESOPs, various business linked incentives etc.
• Statutory Compliances Management.

Expected Skill Set:

• Interpersonal Skills, Resources Management, Strategic Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Statutory Compliances.
• Proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint
• Must be proficient with LinkedIn Job Posting to hire and build team.

Experience:

• Masters in Human Resource Management
• Experience in IT/Technology/Software Services would be preferable.
