Job Description

HVAC Operator

Monitor and operate Chiller, Cooling tower,AHUs, Supply blower/ Exhaust blower etc.
To fill the daily operation log book of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU,FCU.
Operation of water- cooled chillers
To clean and maintain the AHUs filter cleaning record.
To know the trouble shooting of HVAC system, Chiller, Cooling tower, AHUs, FCUs, Supply blower/ Exhaust blower etc.
To maintain differential pressure of AHUs.
To know about AHUs qualification, Temperature mapping, Equipment Qualifications and test.

HVAC Technician

maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.Assisting with customers' queries.

Job Location - Mumbai ( Andheri West)

Salary - 1.2 Lacs - 1.8 Lacs( In hand)
