Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and presentations in alignment with IATA standards and guidelines.
Instruction Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and training sessions covering various aspects of the airline industry, including ticketing, reservations, cargo operations, airport services, and more.
Student Engagement: Foster a conducive learning environment by encouraging active participation, facilitating discussions, and providing individualized support to students as needed.
Assessment and Evaluation: Create assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' comprehension and proficiency in IATA-related subjects. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
Industry Updates: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in airline technology to ensure course materials remain current and relevant.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, offering guidance on career pathways, professional development opportunities, and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to enhance the quality of education and promote a collaborative learning environment within the academy.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, student enrollment, and course scheduling to ensure smooth operations of the academy.
