Key Roles & Responsibilities: ▪ Operating, controlling, monitoring, and maintaining ICT Services for operational use. ▪ Localize the failures, nudge feedback, and/or escalation processes, if needed trigger recovery, restart band restore processes. ▪ In collaboration with the customers take over and check assignments that are part of input and output management. ▪ Take over new or changed software for operational use. ▪ Introduce hardware and software applications. ▪ Control and monitor the system load ( including tunning and performance measures). ▪ Ensure the use of hardware and software including local networks and telecommunications as well as data backup. ▪ The coordinate workflow in production. ▪ Guarantee the information security of ICT services due to agreed service levels and defined security profiles. ▪ Advise the users in all questions regarding the operative use and the extraordinary measures.
What we are looking for
Academic Qualifications, Certifications and Attributes: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related discipline ▪ More than 3 years of experience in Windows Server and should possess at least year of experience in handling global clients ▪ Excellent customer and service orientation approach to handle the technical problems ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication ▪ Problem Solving and Analytical Approach ▪ Should possess a high level of self-initiative attitude and drive to get things done within SLA. ▪ Must be able to willing to work in rotational shift environment ( US/UK) ▪ Willing to travel internationally up to 10 percent as when required
Required Technical Skills:
▪ Must have experience in Windows Server MCSA
▪ Must have experience in cloud technologies or should have AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is an added advantage.
