Position: IELTS Trainer

Mode: Full-time ( Offline )

Location: Chennai (Preferred candidates from Chennai only)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Salary: 2.5 - 5LPA ( Depends on experience, Expertise, Commitments and Performances)

Responsibilities:

# Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation courses tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels

# Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement

# Develop customized lesson plans and materials to address students' specific learning objectives

# Deliver engaging and interactive classroom instruction, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and technologies

# Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills and exam performance

# Monitor students' progress and track their performance using appropriate assessment tools

# Stay updated on changes to the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and best practices for test preparation

# Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback

Qualifications:

# Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field

# TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification

# Should be able to support TOEFL, PTE, and OET as well.

# Proven experience teaching IELTS preparation courses to diverse groups of students

# Excellent command of the English language, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation

# Familiarity with the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and test-taking strategies

# Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students

# Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual learners

# Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
