Designation : DevOps Engineer

IGT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a DevOps Consultant. The position is based in Gurgaon - India The position is responsible to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.

Essential Experience

4-6 years of Agile (Scrum),DevOps (Java applications),Hybrid / Cloud adoption experience

Role Challenges

Complete/oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work

Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer

Manage multiple development designs and projects to meet project and customer required time lines.

Drive DevOps, Cloud and Agile adoption and design custom solutions.

Provide Customer Training as required

Participate in internal projects as required

Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities

Ability to work in team oriented environments

Strong presentation and communication skills

Primary Job Responsibilities

Strong knowledge in AWS & Azure Cloud, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Helm Chart, AKS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Packer, Ansible

Yaml, Python, Bash Scripting

Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs

Good knowledge and understanding of CI/CD, Tool integrations (JIRA, SVN, GIT, Sonar, Jenkins, Nagios, Elastic, Selenium etc.)

Good knowledge of Ansible

Good knowledge on Linux, Oracle, Apache, tomcat, LDAP, SSL & Networking concepts

Knowledge on AWS / Azure services with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture.

Should have hands-on expertise in deploying Java/J2EE, related technologies and Database technologies (any one Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures).

Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies

Education

BE degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred

Linux/ AWS / Azure / DevOps certifications ( Preferred)
