Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BPO Voice Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound call.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
• Build rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and policies to customers.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BPO Voice Executive or similar role in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
