Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as US International Voice Executives in Coimbatore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling outbound calls to international customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. As a US International Voice Executive, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers in the United States and other international markets.
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service roles, preferably in an international BPO setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
