Job Summary
Looking for canditates who are suitable for below describtion

• Providing information about different visa/migration processes over calls and emails as well as via face to face interactions
• Candidates have to deal with the clients who are looking for PR and Other Visas among various other countries. Successful handover of the registered clients to the operation/paralegal team for further processing
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
• Consulting the clients for different options of their migration/settlement needs
• Provide consultation to potential & interested clients.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Maintaining the relationship with clients
• Regular follow-up with them
• Updating the client on the status

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Strong Customers relationship and convincing skill
• Should be able to handle client, telephonic and face to face queries,

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written);

• Decent knowledge of MS Office;
• Team skills and strong relationship-building skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
