Job Description

An immigration consultant primary roles and responsibilities include:
1. Assessing clients' immigration needs and eligibility.

2. Preparing and submitting immigration applications.

3. Providing legal advice and support.

4. Keeping up-to-date with immigration laws and policies.

5. Representing clients and assisting with conflict resolution.

6. Ensuring ethical conduct and client education.

7. Complying with local regulations and maintaining transparency in fees.

8. Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.

9. Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

10. Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.

11. Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
