Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWho you are:You are Immigration case manager in the Immigration Team managing the US work permit operations. The transition of H1B Corp cases has already started and hence we would need to back fill the position immediately . This role will also be responsible for managing all categories of US work permit applications and responsibilities includes collaborating with employee for timely submission of accurate information and documents. validating documents, LCA filing, procuring education evaluation, completing forms & letters etc, Creating case ID in the immigration tool, preparing petitions. Employee should be managing the business relations. Identify opportunities to understand quickly and simplify the existing processes. Ability to meet deadlines while in compliance to policy and process guidelines
What you will do:You would work with Global Immigration team. Who should provide support on following areas:- Incubate ideas, develop and execute strategic and transformational projects with various teams
- Responsible for tracking overall status of projects
- Implement prioritization based on organization and HR strategy and vision
- Create impact assessment models for project success/efficacy
- Create Global immigration team social media strategy; Plan and run social campaigns for Global Immigration team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Proficient knowledge in US work permits, LCA Filing, petition writings
- Min 2 years of exp in Immigration process
- To be completed on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- MS office skills, publishing reports timely with good analytical skills
- US work permit operations/ global billing process/ counselor relations are added advantage for hiring the resource.
- Personality Traits include and not limited to acquired skills on the US Work Permit process and the INS Zoom portal, DOL portal, ability to learn & Flexibility to work to meet Business exigencies.
