Job Description

Implementation Specialist
Job LocationsIN-MH-Pune

Qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum
  • Expert level knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and web technologies including XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP/S
  • Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirements analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development space
  • 3+ years of client facing implementation or consulting experience
  • ServiceNow certification (Implementation certification is preferred) and ITIL certification (Foundation certification preferred)
  • Ability to develop and achieve clear, realistic and challenging goals that are aligned with targeted business results
  • Ability to operate and deliver independently without significant oversight in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to innovate and identify R&D opportunities while engaging with clients around business processes and solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
