We have a requirement for Import Executive position with 2 to 3 years of work experience Good communication

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Checking all the DEPB (Duty entitlement pass book) licenses received and entering it and filing the same.
  • Entering of Import payment details, Bill of Entry details, License details in Import payment register and checking the Bill of Entry copies received, filling the photocopy of the same in Import purchase file and sending all the triplicate B/E copies to the bank and duplicate copies to the excise department.
  • Maintaining a record of Bill of entries sent to the bank.
  • Making High seas sales invoices, agreement and sending the High Seas Sales signed documents to the party.
  • Checking Sales Contract & sending the authenticated contract to the party
  • Preparing payment documents to respective Banks as per the payment terms in the contract.
  • Checking the draft bill of lading (BL) & copy documents & follow up for the correct documents if any mistake found.
  • Preparing the High seas and Bond Sales documents & sending it to the party
  • After payment is done swift message will be sent to the party & entered the same in the register & given it to Accounts.
  • Follow up for the Bill of Entries & enter the same in the register & submit the same to the respective Banks.
  • Preparing the Letter of credit (L/C) & Buyer credit (B/C) documents.
  • Raising Dr and Cr note to Suppliers.
  • Filing all Import documents.
  • Any graduate/post graduate with minimum 2-3 Experience.
