The Import/Export Executive will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Main Role is For International Business Communication In-House Sales And Marketing
Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
Performs other duties as assigned.
1. Handle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance
2. Manage the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country
3. Manage the sales and promotion of their company's goods abroad
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies can be learnt
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Goods handling on social media and other networking sites.
