ON SITE COORDINATION
Should be able to solve queries related to working drawings, landscape drawings, and Infrastructure drawings
Checking the elevation work, quality of work as per the site requirement & providing the drawing as per the requirements.
Preparing power point presentation containing site photos & progress of work
Coordination& discussion with site engineers about work progress & construction status
Preparing Minutes of Meeting
Arranging meetings with the team as when required
Office Responsibilities
Planning & Designing
Landscape Drawing
Seeking approval of the Drawings
Carpet Area & Built-up Area Calculations
Preparation of Working Drawings
Drafting RCC beam, reinforcement & checking in reference with working drawing
Coordination with in house team, about different type of queries & solving issues
Coordination with external consulting Architect, consultant & structural engineer
Coordination with Purchase Manager about rate analysis & material selection
Coordination with the sales department
Inputs in Brochure design & Marketing material
Preparing Flat summary as per Vastushastra detail
Recreation (Garden) area Planning & design & execution
Computer Skills
Well versed with Autocad 2D & 3D
Revit Architecture
Google Sketch up
Photoshop
Microsoft office
