Job Responsibilities:-

• Customer interactions to be duly updated in system for audit trail and reference to future interactions
• Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks
• Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
• Enhancing customer wallet size
• Profiling Customer to increase wallet share Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make the primary relationship
• Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations team
• Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TATs
• • Attending the calls of the existing customers and resolving their queries on the calls
  • Guiding them with net banking services
  • Registering the complaints of the customers
