Job Requirements :

  • Must know how to take inbound calls (US),concerned with computers issues
  • Must know how to engage and interact with clients
  • Must know how to identify and target the technical glitches
  • Must know how to offer quick on- spot tech support to customers for issues concerned with windows and MAC devices
  • Must have a sound knowledge of troubleshooting error codes and black screen errors

You can come down for a face to face interview if you : 

  • Know to give detail assistance to solve the technical glitches
  • Know how to communicate with good skills
