As a inbound telesales rep your goal will be to sale the products or services to US Customers. We provide the agents with

1. Sales Certification Trainings-World renowned selling techniques and trainings from Dan Lok, Grant Cardone, Brian Tracy etc. used by global brands

2. Automated Dialers-So you don’t have to dial manually but an automated dialer will filter voicemails thus you talk to human being only without facing voice mails/ ringings.

3. Top Notch Database-We have a dedicated database creation team which uses scrubbing softwares, scrapers and database partner lists (D&B, Mergent, Mintel etc.)

4. High Commission clients-We only work either with Fortune 1000 companies or their partners thus giving high incentives to you

Job Description or Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.

2. Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.

3. Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.

4. Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services and convert lead into sales.

5. Prepare all new contracts and handle all incoming calls for same.

6. Perform all follow up for all outbound calls in case of missed call.

7. Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone.

8. Manage and process and correspondence with customers.

9. Analyze all client requirements and assist to prepare all service contracts and facilitate sales for same.

10. Making sales calls, continuously updating on our software, and meeting sales targets.

Key Points:

• This is an individual contributor role.

• Excellent telephone skills absolutely necessary.

• Accent to deal with clients from UK and USA.

• Great command in closing sales over the telephone.

• BPO/Call Centre experience preferable

• You will be required to liaise with clients to determine appropriate subscription solutions based on their objectives and requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of prior outbound sales experience is mandatory

• Highly ambitious with a record of above goal sales performance

• Strong presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma or a University diploma / degree in any fields is mandatory.
