Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking with customers in an upbeat fashion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
• Have an understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting
• Have experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel
• Have a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!
• Quickly able to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution
• Have a reliable high speed internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Sales Inquries (Telephone, Live Chat, Tickets)
• Following up with sales leads
• Order Verification
