Urgent vacancy for Inbound Tech Support Process

Looking for immediate joiners

• ·         Fixed salary with attractive incentive
• ·         Shift timing 8pm-6am(No streatch hours)
• ·         Only tech support experienced candidates can apply

Responsibilities and Duties

• ·         Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.
• ·         Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.
• ·         Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues, 
• ·         Taking remote access of customer's computer & diagnosing the problems
• ·         Convert the customer calls into sales
• ·         Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• ·         Excellent communication & convincing skills with fluency in English
• ·         Candidates with minimum 6 months experience in inbound Tech Support can apply.
• ·         Candidate should be flexible working with Night Shift
• ·         Candidate should have an enthusiasm to learn and earn.
• ·         Candidate must know how to take the transfer and make a sale.
