Desired Skills
1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.
Must know how to close their own calls.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.
Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.
Should be flexible working in night shifts.
No Freshers are Welcome.
Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
Immediate joining preferable.
