  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of IP-Telephony infrastructure for end customers and partners across the globe for a varied range of products and technologies.

  • Offer converged IT infrastructure solutions and services to increase availability, performance and utilization at reduced costs.

  • Addressing customer's and partner's queries and assisting them through proper documentation.

  • Working on Troubleshooting Tickets on priority basis to meet SLA wherein priority depends upon complexity of the problem.

  • Extending high-end technical support on various servers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Finding an effective resolution to identified issues while adhering to time-lines.

  • Adding new Application components to existing network infrastructure.

  • Preparing Test Plans to validate implemented requirements.

  • Estimating time frame within which the activities could be expected to be accomplished.
