India Inventory Manager - PCSD

Responsibilities:
- Managing, Planning & controlling Inventory for 5 Business segment and Process Improvement
- Annual Inventory & E&O Budget finalization.
- Drill down the same @ half yearly, quarterly & monthly level
- S&OP: Inventory Planning and control within the Budget via:
1.Inventory check at WH & Plant and at Partner’s End
2.Replenishment & fulfilment planning
3.Sales forecasting, Demand planning & Tracking
4.Coordination with PM’s on execution of Sell-in while monitoring Sell-thru & Sell-Out
Aged inventory Liquidation Planning and tracking @ monthly level
Planning & Execution of end to end DOA cycle
1.Reversal of DOA material from T3 -> T2 -> T1 -> Lenovo
2.Settlement of CN/DN down the sale channel
3.DOA/NMFGI Liquidation planning & execution @ monthly level
4.Process improvement for enhancing the realization & DOA reversal from partners
Analysis:
- MDB data analysis for Top management review
- Inventory Analysis wrt Budget and Business requirement in terms of DOI & Closing inventory @ Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly level
- Aged inventory and E&O analysis @ Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly level
- DOA return data analysis
