    • Responsibilities:-
    • To set and maintain the Kitchen Standard
      • Set new menus for promotion and festivals
        • Cost control, budget and maintain the daily consumption report and sale
          • Partake in the setting of banquet and corporate menus with guests
            • Directly responsible to develop and successfully implement SOPs for the production department
              • Conduct regular training and guide staff
                • Maintain the hygiene & food safety standards
                  • Maintain the order and discipline in the kitchen
                    • Make sure that equipment is in good condition and signal any malfunction before its effects operations.
