Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities * Responsible for overall Quality of project delivery as per SLA's. * Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. * Maintain regular communication and feedback approach with the client.

Responsible for overall Quality of project delivery as per SLA's.
Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
Maintain regular communication and feedback approach with the client.
Aligning to Account Sourcing Strategy, preparing a pipeline of projects with timelines to lead such events to market, and achieving the Clients annual Savings target.
Embracing best practice sourcing processes, prepare and lead RFI /RFP, and Negotiations covering end to end sourcing activities.
Conduct service, product, and/ or vendor sourcing activities leveraging overall Supply chain management practices.
Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier /supply improvements.
Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Lead reporting of results and opportunities (bench-marking analysis: baseline vs. actual)

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 6 yrs of experience
Should be comfortable working in US Shift
