Job Description

Individual Consultant – Senior Public Private Partnership (PPP) Specialist

Location : Chandigarh, INDIA

Educational Qualification: Masters in Business Administration /Business Economics / Management. Candidates with a higher degree will be given preference.

Progressive knowledge of Public-Private Partnership frameworks, practices, examples, challenges and processes

Atleast 10-15 years of experience in the PPP domain, at the national and international level

A proven ability to identify and understand the needs and interests of varied stakeholders in the public and private sectors

Ability to work collaboratively, lead negotiations, and reach a consensus among diverse stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in cultivating and brokering win-win partnerships between private and public sector actors and leveraging private investment to promote economic strengthening;

Language:Fluency in written and oral English and Hindi.
